We have been seeing Dr Justin for years now between two kids. They are so kind, patient, and pleasant. The offices are super clean and nice. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone or anything. Always prompt responses, I’ve been late and they still saw us. I can’t say anything negative about them. Highly recommended!!

The office runs smoothly and efficiently. There is a Keurig with assorted coffees and teas to sip while you wait for your children. The cost of the orthodontist is very reasonable. Staff is friendly and kind. The practice also supports local non-profits.

This was our first go around with braces for my oldest daughter and it was a great experience! The staff is always very friendly, positive, and ready to answer any questions. Layla actually enjoyed going to her appointments (especially with Maddie) and is thrilled with the end result!! Highly recommended, Thank you!

From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was extremely friendly and so nice to my kids and me. We did a free consultation, which did not take long, and we were given an informative treatment plan with estimated payment by the end. The doctor was also friendly and knowledgeable. Prices seem reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

It’s just a great practice with excellent staff from top to bottom. Dr. Silvestre is such a nice person and he is an even better doctor. My daughter was never anxious going in for checkups and the office is so nice.

Dr Justin and his team are absolutely incredible to work with. They assisted with every step! They helped with figuring out our insurance coverages. Dr J had a full consultation to educate us about what was happening with each child’s teeth and thoroughly explained his plan or approach moving forward. We have 3 children under his care and are ecstatic with his entire team. Thanks orthodontics specialists for putting in the extra time to make this stressful process much easier for families!

Opon arriving I was greeted by friendly staff. The assistant was very nice and experienced . I felt very comfortable ! The Dr. was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable . I was able to understand him n know what exact treatment I need. The pt. Financial coordinator was easy to accommodate my financial needs. I was very pleased w/ my whole visit!!! I look forward to getting treatment started!!

Great experience with Dr. Silvestre and his entire staff at Orthodontic Specialists in Quakertown today! Everything was explained to us in clear detail so we can plan our treatment for braces for our 14 year old daughter. Highly recommend scheduling a visit!

I had an issue with a permanent retainer that a different orthodontist installed. I did a quick Google search looking to get some relief from the pain. I stopped in without an appointment, hoping they could help me. The staff was very friendly and was able to get me into a chair immediately. The orthodontist was able to repair my retainer, and I was as good as new. I had a great experience and would recommend them.
