I took my daughter here for braces 5 or so years ago. I just brought my son in yesterday because his dentist recommended it. I do not want to rush into braces because he’s 9 and does not brush well. OSIV is not pushy, respects your decisions, and is still just as amazing as they were 5 years ago. Although they’ve grown a lot, they are still the best of the best.

I had an issue with a permanent retainer that a different orthodontist installed. I did a quick Google search looking to get some relief from the pain. I stopped in without an appointment, hoping they could help me. The staff was very friendly and was able to get me into a chair immediately. The orthodontist was able to repair my retainer, and I was as good as new. I had a great experience and would recommend them.

Ive had worked with other orthodontist offices before but the care this group gives is by far the best. I stopped by a week before his appointment and got a appointment a week later. Then we came for our appointment and they gave us a tour of the office. They took my kiddo back took pictures. Though we weren't sure on the outcome if the insurance would approve us Brooke and The doctor helped me get the help we needed to get it approved. Brooke spoke with me before my kiddo came in as not to scare him. All and all so far I'd give my first experience a 10/10 as my kiddo was happy when he left.

Now that my son has ‘graduated’ aka completed his orthodontic treatment, we can honestly this is a very easy process! Determining insurance fees was handled by the administrators in the front. All appointments were relaxed and easy-all the staff has a good sense of humor and they explain what will happen before and while it’s happening. We are very pleased with our experience and have recommended Othodontic Specialists many times and will continue me to do so in the future

We’ve only had our initial consultation so far, but our experience at the OS Quakertown location was wonderful. The whole visit was easy and comfortable. A very kind young gentleman took my son for his X-rays, and then Gina greeted us warmly and was so pleasant to talk to. The doctor clearly explained my son’s treatment plan, and we were walked through the financial details, which I found to be very reasonable for orthodontic care. We’re already scheduled to get braces next week! Overall, the process was efficient and everyone was so nice!

Top Notch Orthodontist! Dr. Justin and his staff are amazing! There are so many things that make this place fantastic. Every time I go to an appointment, I am greeted by very nice people. My children love going there and are all known by name.
Two of my children have had palate expanders and my son is just finishing up having Invisalign Clear Aligners. Both experiences were great right from the beginning. Dr. Justin and his staff explain everything very well and give us time to ask questions. The process was so easy, and my children were so comfortable and well informed on their treatment plan. I am very pleased with the excellent customer service we receive from everyone! This office truly works with you. I would never go anywhere else!

I would like to share my experience with Orthodontic Specialist of Quakertown. I had my consult to see what treatment would be the best for my situation. Upon arrival everyone at the front desk along with all the staff was super friendly and very welcoming with a smile. I had to bring a little one along with me and as I was getting pictures taken and X-rays done, they brought him some toys to play with and also allowed him to stand outside the door to watch how I was getting my X-rays done. They were able to answer my questions and concerns with straight honesty. With that being said I will be returning next week to move forward with the treatment as we discussed. My daughter is also going to have a consult to see what treatment would be best to help her. I have to say if you are looking for an orthodontist, then Orthodontic Specialist of Quakertown is the place to go.

We were unsure whether we were ready for our daughter to get braces or if we wanted to wait. We are SO GLAD we chose Dr. Adams and his incredible team, who my daughter looks forward to seeing. They are extremely honest and up front about what is NEEDED vs. what can wait. Her braces were both extremely affordable and not on for very long. Instead of paying a fortune to fix big problems and the awkward look of braces down the road, her teeth are fixed quickly and early and (most importantly) she had such a wonderful experience.

They are ALL so kid and family friendly, helpful, professional, fun and very good at what they do. We will be using Adams Orthodontics for all of our children and would recommend them to anyone, especially those who are unsure where to start on the road to braces.

What an amazing experience from the first day we walked into Dr. Adam's office! My son needed braces and was missing 2 adult teeth. He had braces for two years. My teeth were pretty badly crowded and crooked and I was worried my smile wouldn’t be great afterwards because I opted out of jaw surgery, but they’ve done an amazing job.
